Ever since I started my career I was always seen as a go to person. I have a unique way of evaluating situations with a lens of “what is the most efficient way to get to the desired outcome”. Leadership would often come to me to find solutions or to get my perspective on what to do. I’m usually met with a positive and surprised “aha” moment, because the solution is usually simple, yet impactful. As a growth consultant, I leverage my skill of vision and focus to help CEOs and business owners grow their organizations sustainably to their next milestone.
